It pairs well with strong cheeses and hearty, home-cooked meals, such as lamb stew, creamy rice dishes, and game dishes.

Exam Notes

Intense ruby-violet color. Balanced nose, wild berries, aroma and a light floral touch. Spicy aroma and light vanilla on the nose, which come from its partial aging in barrels, but without ever overpowering the fruit. It reveals itself as voluminous and enveloping. Soft and velvety in texture, but with firm tannins. A wine with great aging potential in the bottle.
