One White is a balanced wine, made with Antão Vaz and Arinto, two indigenous grape varieties fermented in stainless steel. It has a bright color and an appealing aroma of citrus fruits. Balanced on the palate, with good, well-integrated acidity that gives it freshness. Or, to put it a little more poetically: Liquid white marble.
