Exam Notes

It shows a pale greenish colour and a fresh aroma with notes of boxwood and citrus fruit, recalling grapefruit, with a touch of wet clay adding complexity. On the palate, it is delicate and elegant, revealing great freshness enhanced by a saline character, finishing mineral and very persistent.
