It has a salmon-pink colour with very young, fresh red fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and persistent, showing a good balance between natural acidity and some softness. The mineral character of the region is clearly present, enhancing the wine’s freshness, combined with a slight natural sweetness on the finish.
