An ideal wine to accompany light dishes, namely grilled fish, sushi, seafood (bivalves), salads, and fried cuttlefish.

Exam Notes

Bright appearance with a citrus colour. The aroma shows tropical fruit from Fernão Pires, with some floral notes from the Moscatel Graúdo grape variety. On the palate, it has good structure, is very flavourful, fresh, and smooth. The finish has good persistence.
