One White is a well-balanced wine made from Antão Vaz and Arinto, two indigenous grape varieties fermented in stainless steel. It displays a bright colour and an attractive bouquet of citrus fruit. On the palate, it is balanced, with lively, well-integrated acidity that gives it remarkable freshness. Or, to put it a little more poetically: white marble in liquid form.
