Gastronomy

An ideal wine to pair with lean white fish dishes, sushi, shellfish (bivalves) and fried cuttlefish. Fresh cheese and sheep's milk requeijão also make the perfect companion for this original white.

Exam Notes

It presents a bright, greenish-citrine colour. On the nose it is marked by an intense minerality, balanced by aromas of orange blossom and lemon, typical of the Moscatel grape variety.
On the palate it shows good structure, remarkably fresh and vibrant. The finish lingers with some persistence.
